Hanging out with Grandma

Grandma W. took the train down last weekend for Celeste's baby shower (Travis's girlfriend). The boys had a good time hanging out with Grandma.


Carson even let her take a nap with him. She must be special because he doesn't ever let mom or dad take naps in his bed.


Then Grandma had to fill in for Grandpa, since he wasn't able to come down, by hanging everyone upside down. They didn't give up and Grandma was tired!

Get to work!

We put Ashton and Carson to work a couple of weekends ago. Ashton helped dad sweep out the garage and Carson helped mom vacuum out daddy's car and the car seats.

Halloween Birthday Party

On Saturday we went to Gabby's first birthday party. She enjoyed her cake.


And then everyone helped her open her presents.


The boys had fun jumping in the bounce house and doing flips!



We then had to feed everyone before it was time for trick-or-treating!


Carson was Lightening McQueen's Pit Crew and Ashton was a very scary lion.




It was actually pretty nice out and everyone had fun and got lots of candy. Carson was a little tired, so Ashton had to push him home!

Back to Grand Forks

This past weekend we went back to Grand Forks to meet my friend Sara from California. I finally got to meet her two youngest kids, Evelyn and Townes. We tried to get a group picture.


Townes was so good and even let me hold him.


My parents also met us there and we took the kids swimming at the hotel waterpark. They loved going down the waterslide. Ashton kept going down backwards and wasn't afraid of anything.





The next day the boys helped Grandpa pack-up....or just rode around the hotel room while the rest of us carried everything to the car!

Family Time in Brainerd

We went to Brainerd this afternoon to visit Grandma and Grandpa Johnson and Anthony. They are watching Anthony while Neil and Eileen are doing some traveling. The boys had fun playing outside, riding on the 4-wheeler and playing with each other and all of the toys.

Clean Teeth

Today Carson had his first dentist appointment and did such a great job. He actually let them take some X-rays, polish his teeth and do fluoride. Then the dentist came in and counted his teeth. She said everything looked good and no cavities. Carson was excited to get a green toothbrush after it was all done!
