Christmas X 3
We started out celebrating Christmas Eve by trying to get a couple of family pictures.
Then it was time to open presents. The boys had a few to open!
Santa came the next day. He brought a sled and a giant puppy for Ashton and a few other presents, too.
On Sunday the 27th we then celebrated with Paul's family. The boys got even more presents. We gave Anthony a basketball hoop! It was taller then he was!
It was a great Christmas and great spending time with family!

Quality Time
Snow Day
Birthday & Science
On the 20th was Paul's birthday! On the 19th, we went to a friends house for dinner, since we had grandparents in town to babysit. It was so quiet and relaxing with no kids around!
Then on Paul's actual birthday we went to the Science Museum to see the Titanic exhibit. We weren't allowed to take pictures, but we each got a boarding pass with the name of an actual person who was on the Titanic. At the end you get to see if that person lived or not. I was Charles Edward Dahl of Oceania, Australia. I was 45 and in third class. I was traveling to Fingal, ND where my mother and a few siblings lived. I actually lived through the sinking of the Titanic.
The kids liked the rest of the museum since they could run around and touch the different experiments.

Time to Decorate!
Today Carson got to stay up and help me decorate the house for Christmas. We decided to do it while Ashton was taking a nap! Carson helped decorate the Christmas tree.
Then we decorated the window with snowflakes and put up the manger scene.
Ashton is also very interested in the tree. We will see how many times we tell him "No" before he finally gets it. I'm guessing it will be next Christmas!

Thankful for Family
On Thanksgiving we went up to Brainerd for the day to spend it with Paul's family. The boys had fun riding the 4-wheeler. They each got to ride on it three times. Paul was a little cold after all of the rides.
They also got to play with their cousin, Anthony and spend quality time with Grandma.
It was a very nice, relaxing day with a lot of good food!

Hanging out with Grandma
Grandma W. took the train down last weekend for Celeste's baby shower (Travis's girlfriend). The boys had a good time hanging out with Grandma.
Carson even let her take a nap with him. She must be special because he doesn't ever let mom or dad take naps in his bed.
Then Grandma had to fill in for Grandpa, since he wasn't able to come down, by hanging everyone upside down. They didn't give up and Grandma was tired!
